PROGRAM DESCRIPTION


The Diploma program is specifically designed for students to build their skills and knowledge in business, management and information technology, with the aim of successfully progressing to the university studies or attaining Professional Diploma qualifications for promotion or employment at various sectors of the economic.


The Diploma/ABCE programme awarded by WAEC on successful completion and nationally recognized by the National Accreditation Board of the Ministry of Education for admission at all universities in Ghana at level 200 including UPSA, KNUST, GIMPA, and other private universities. The programme is ideal for:

  • Students who have not met the minimum university entry requirements
  • Students looking for alternate entry to national universities,
  • Those seeking employment or promotion in private and government organizations.
  • Students who cannot afford continuous 4 years degree programme
  • Those seeking to advance their career or knowledge and skills in business, management and information Technology.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to all SHS graduates, GBCE/NVTI holders, or workers who are 23 years or above
  • *Those with no academic qualification will go through a preparatory class for 12 months


STUDY OPTIONS:

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • Diploma in Office Management
  • Diploma in Information Technology

DURATION OF STUDY

  • 6 - 9 months (2 Semesters)


STUDY SESSIONS:

  • Regular/Morning School (Mon – Fri | 8:00am – 1:00pm)
  • Evening School (Mon – Friday | 6:00pm to 8:30pm)
  • Weekend School (Saturdays | 8:00am – 4:30pm)


TUTION FEE:

  • GHc 2,500.00 for the entire duration OR
  • GHc 1,500.00 per semester
